Such a welcoming place! All the coaches are super sweet and know what they’re doing. You can tell that they really love what they do. And the owner actually cares about his students. They have a really great program for the kiddos, as well as the best MMA, judo, and jujitsu for adults in the city. Overall a great vibe and really cool place to train. Also props for always keeping the place very clean :)
Zen has completely changed my son’s life for the better. He has developed discipline and confidence that he never had before. The coaches are amazing at explaining things and are always making sure to emphasize safety. You are always treated as family when you walk through the door. Can’t say enough good things!
We have been attending here for little over a year now, I can’t tell you enough how awesome this place is. They are the best family oriented place for your kid to learn and excel in one of their many programs. My son can’t wait to go everyday to see his coaches and friends here at zen. This place is absolutely wonderful and we won’t be leaving anytime soon.
We have been part of the Zen family since the very beginning. My boys have developed into confident and disciplined fighters. The year we enrolled BOTH my boys won good citizenship awards for the end of the year. My little one defended another kid from a bully and my older one had improved in his behavior overall. A lot of the staff there know how to communicate with the wiggly impulsive kids but really ALL the staff members there are very friendly and eager to welcome anyone into the Zen community. I highly recommend zen. They have been like a second family. They have something for everyone at any level.
Best place to train as a family. Wonderful atmosphere, very welcoming staff, and the members are united and family oriented. Would definitely recommend this dojo to everyone!
