Went for a couples massage with my boyfriend! Staff were so professional and knowledgeable. My body felt GREAT afterwards and I am so happy with the duration, quality, and professionalism. Would 100% go again!
The massage itself was just ok, but they're getting 1 star for overall experience and ending our sessions shorter than what we paid for. I think the massage artists didn't realize I speak Chinese and could understand what they were saying. For starters, my massage artist didn't ask me for what pressure or areas I'd like to focus on. He just got started. I don't think he could speak English at all since the female employee (front desk worker) did the translations. I was very, very turned off by my massage artist. We were over 15+ minutes into the massage at the time and he was working on my neck, I asked if he could please increase his pressure, which the woman translated for me. He then replies, annoyed "I haven't even started yet!" I assume he meant he was warming up my body before the massage. Well, after the "warm up" he pressed on the side of my neck very, very hard to the point where it was genuine pain. Like he was punishing me for asking for more pressure??? I said "ow less pressure" and he and the female massage artists LAUGHED at me. Making fun of me for asking for more pressure?? I didn't ask for anything else because of this unprofessionalism. They knew what I meant when I asked for more pressure overall but chose to misunderstand and hurt me instead. Did I mention that they also started our appointment 30 minutes late, even though we arrived 5 minutes early for a scheduled appointment? And when we started the massage, I could already tell the guy wanted to get the heck out of there ASAP? He muttered, multiple times, "what time is it?" "stop upselling, we have no time..."etc. They took 2 walk ins before they took us in because we were waiting for the couples room. My assumption is they upsold services to that couple without thinking about their upcoming, pre-scheduled appointment. That's not a good way to run a business. During the massage the woman upsold us on cupping, $20 each for 10 extra minutes. We booked a 50 minute massage, so my assumption would be that our full service would be 60 minutes because we added $20. Esp when she said the service would add ten mins, naturally I think most people would have my assumption. Nope, they ended five minutes early because they were rushing us out. This is taking the time away from our massages to grab the equipment and do the actual cupping. So we got even less than 50 minutes total. Why is it our fault you were running 30 minutes late? You made us wait 30 minutes and then rushed us out 15+ minutes early.

The staff were incredibly professional, friendly, and attentive, ensuring I felt comfortable and relaxed throughout the entire session. The deep muscle massage was just the right amount of pressure, incredibly soothing—exactly what I needed to release stress and rejuvenate. You can truly feel their dedication to customer experience and well-being. Highly recommended for anyone seeking high-quality service.
My husband got the couples massage as a birthday gift, they were able to get us in the same day. Both masseuses were very skilled and knowledgeable. The atmosphere was quiet, clean and relaxing. 10 Stars, highly recommend. We will definitely return in the future. This was the best massage I’ve ever had and am very grateful.
This place is absolutely phenomenal, one of the best massages I have ever received with reasonable pricing. The staff are attentive and listen to your needs. I added on essential oils, cupping, and hot stones and it was life-changing. I would come back here in a heartbeat and recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing, revitalizing and peaceful massage in Sactown. I also slept so well that night due to feeling completely relaxed. One caveat is that parts of the massage were a little uncomfortable but the masseuse listened and adjusted when asked. Don't hesitate to book here!
