Zen Massage Henderson has become our go-to for massages! They are always so nice and hospitable when we call to book. The actually space is clean, quiet, and the massage itself is so relaxing. Plus, the prices are competitive! We love Zen Massage!

My boyfriend and I went for a couples massage on October 17. The front desk receptionist was very nice and welcoming. My massage therapist was also kind and asked if we wanted deep tissue massages, explaining that the Swedish massage would be more for relaxation. We chose the deep tissue, but it didn’t really feel like one — the pressure was quite light, and we didn’t feel much relief afterward. My boyfriend’s massage therapist had a runny nose and was coughing throughout the session, which made us uncomfortable. He also mentioned that his massage only focused on his upper body and didn’t include other areas. Overall, while the staff were friendly, we didn’t feel the massages were effective, and the experience wasn’t as relaxing or professional as we had hoped.

The massages are good, however 3 of the 4 times I have been here my massage has been skimped by a few minutes. Today I had a massage for 2pm. The masseuse ended the massage at 2:53 and I got my receipt at 2:56 (I’ll attach photos) while the massage was nice that extra 7 minutes could have done wonders for me someone who’s in their feet 14+ hours a day, other than that nice massage

I got a facial by Denise which was so wonderful and then a 90 min Swedish massage to relax by Jacqueline. My massage was to die for. She is phenomenal. I've never been so relaxed during a massage. If you are looking for a great way to relax and a wonderful massage therapist book here with her. These ladies pampered me and it was worth every penny! This is a must visit for sure.

I hate to leave a negative review but I feel that it is my duty to give my honest review based on my personal experience. I gave this place a one star because the establishment itself is very tidy and clean. The receptionist Jennifer was also very kind and sweet. Now on to the massage itself….it advertises 60 min massage for $59. The gift card I received was for a 60 min massage for $59. I went back with Millie at 11:57. That gave me time to undress and take my jewelry off. Approximately 12:05 was when she began the massage. The pressure was literally nonexistent at first. I asked her to give me more pressure. She did at first then she went back to lightly massaging me. I told her from the beginning that my neck and shoulders needed work as they were tight and sore. I’m very petite and in the past massage therapist are hesitant to put pressure. This appeared to be the case with this therapist. The massage went on with hardly any pressure. She stopped the message at 12:50 exactly. I was surprised as I thought the massage was 1 hour. There was so much oil on my body. She did not even leave a towel for me to wipe myself off. I proceeded to go to the bathroom so I can wipe myself down. Luckily they had wash cloths. I left this place not relaxed but very upset. This was not worth my drive or my time. I would never come here again. I’m sure the other therapists are great. I just got very unlucky. I do want to thank Jennifer for checking me in and being so kind as I told her about my experience which she had apologized.
