This was such a fantastic experience! It was our first time in our entire group. Enjoyed every minute of it. Huge thanks too Jack and Kevin for guiding us through the procedures and making it an effortless and fun outing.

2025 December 4★ Located upstairs, this VR place is one large room which allows you to walk around while playing. Game: space Marine Experience duration: 30 minutes Cost: $50 per person Played with a group of 5. Pros: large room and great if you've got the entire area to your own group. You're actually moving around. Most VR places are small and your space is limited. In this room, you're walking significantly. Cons: only one large room meaning other random people can join you unless you book the entire area $$$. The VR headset can be a bit more blurry than others. The game play might be less intense as your walking across places. Black Friday discounts and occasional promotions can offer 10-25% off. Free street parking within walking distance helps with the cost. Worth checking out at least once.

We had a blast for our friend’s birthday. The game masters were very clear and thorough. Fun!

We went on Sunday, Nov 2nd at 1:30 PM for a private group event and rented the entire venue for 4 hours. The experience itself was really nice and our group had a lot of fun with the games. The private space with the kitchenette, where you can watch others playing, is also a great touch. I’d give 3 stars for the game experience, venue, and setup. Outbreak was our favorite game. The place is nice, don’t get me wrong. The biggest issue for us was one of the staff members, who was extremely rude, unfriendly, and not welcoming at all. Our first problem with him happened right at the beginning. We arrived with a few questions, but he seemed completely uninterested in answering or helping. Everyone in our group noticed that and started talking about how unfriendly he was, which is disappointing for a place that’s supposed to be fun and welcoming, especially when hosting a large group like ours. During the pre-game orientation, he spoke as fast as he possibly could. I understand everyone wants to start playing and enjoy their time, but the way he explained things felt unnecessarily rushed and left some people in our group confused. Lastly, during one of the games, one of our team members had an issue with her headset. She raised her hand and asked for help multiple times, but it took him a long time to come over and assist her. On the other hand, the lady who was working there was very kind and in a great mood, and we really appreciated that. Another staff member arrived later and was also friendly. Overall, the experience and venue are great, but the poor attitude of one staff member really affected our overall impression. With better customer service, this place could easily be a five-star experience.

Decided to do something different for a corporate event and it didn't disappoint. We had a group of about 20 people. They had a decent lounge where you can watch and chat. Staff was very accommodating and opened early for us. We did 3 hours which was a good amount of time. Fun experience for all ages.
