Brought my new 2025 Mazda Cx-50 hybrid vehicle into Zimmer collision after my accident and I must say they did a fabulous job! They were able to match the paint very well. Unnoticeable! Very happy with the work that they did and the customer service! Would totally recommend to everyone!
Zimmer collision center did a fabulous job repairing my car. Tom communicated everything I needed to know along the way. It was done professionally and on time! Highly recommended
Bill Z and Tom A did a great job, not only taking of our car but my wife and I. They kept us up to date daily with text messages as to where the car was in repair process. When we got the car back it was just like new. Our car has a 3 step process because of the pearl white and they matched it perfectly.
From the moment I got there Tom was very friendly and professional even though I only wanted a quote to show the insurance so that I could get paid and do the repairs myself. Most shops would say either they do the work or show you the door. Tom said either way he was happy to help. I decided to let them do the job and let the insurance handle it. And boy am i glad i did. Tom showed me the damages every step of they way, things that i would have never seen or tried to fix. In the end they gave me back a beautiful truck that Bill painted , did an amazing job and when i pointed out a scratch in the new paint, they immediately and happily rectified it. The passenger seat sensor started acting up after I was rear ended, took it back and same day Tom had it fixed for me. These guys do great work and charge fair prices. 100% the shop I will go to for all my future autobody needs.
This place went above and beyond for me! I got into an accident and picked them because of the amazing reviews and they definitely didn’t disappoint! I’m beyond happy, my car was fixed so fast and it looks amazing! On top of that, they were all so nice and made me feel so welcomed and heard. I wish I could give them more stars! They deserve it. I truly appreciate all the hard work you guys have done for me and my little family. Thank you!!
