I took my wedding dress to Zina's to have sleeves added after the company I bought my dress from would not add sleeves for me. It was difficult with the neckline of my dress, but Zina and her team were able to add the sleeves and worked so hard to get it completed for me. My zipper also broke somewhere along the way during these fittings and they replaced it with a heavy duty zipper and worked extremely hard to get it done on time. I am so happy with the results of my wedding dress and am so appreciative of the hard work that they put into my dress. My sister and grandmother also had their dresses altered here for my wedding and those were great as well!

Amazing customer service and such talent with alterations! I brought my wedding dress here and even had detachable sleeves added on and they did such great work! All the detail and extra time spent was so gorgeous and fit so well. I can’t recommend Zinas enough and will always take our alteration needs here from now on!

I got my wedding dress altered here. I do alterations myself on clothes, but I went here because I didn't want to possibly mess up my dress. However, the hem was $300 which is overpriced in my opinion for the work they did. the cuts on my hem were sloppy and uneven as if they used dulled scissors and when i asked about that, the said this is what it was like from the manufacture. Well that doesn't make since at all if you hemmed it? Then they did a stich in the boob which they took it in too much and they had to redo it when they did that I lost the heart-shaped neckline from the dress which they also stated they didn't do, which it was fine before they messed it up. Not pleased with them, I came in for my 3rd fitting and they didn't do any alterations//fixes from their mistakes on the second visit, wasting my time coming in to see if it worked.

I had my wedding dress altered here, and Zina and all of the staff have been absolutely amazing and so accommodating. I was planning my wedding from out of town and had very limited time to come in for alterations, and they always squeezed me in even on days the shop wasn’t open. (And even fit me in when I accidentally showed up a hour early to an appointment 🤦🏻♀️) She definitely went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. My dress needed a lot of work with the lace overlay and completely reworking the top. They did an amazing job and made me feel like such a special bride. 1000% recommend this place to anyone looking for alterations! 💗
