I booked a massage with Chey and she was wonderful! Very kind and informative and set a comfortable and safe environment. Michelle at the front desk was just as kind and lovely! I highly recommend!!!
Had a 60-min massage with Jess that was literally one of the best massages I've had in my life, and that's coming from someone who has gotten massages regularly over the past several years. Jess was attentive to problem areas I identified, applied the right amount of pressure, and shared some stretches I could do at home to compliment the massage. I will definitely book again!
Me and my aunt came in for massages today it was my birthday gift to her. Chey was my massage therapist and I had a wonderful experience. She was very informative and all around amazing. My aunt on the other hand had Joe who was borderline rude. We did have the last appointments of the day but that was not our fault and to provide poor customer service is unacceptable. She tried engaging with him and he was very short. The receptionist at the front desk was also amazing but because this was a birthday gift and he pretty much ruined it for her we won’t be back to the establishment. I also tipped him for his poor service unbeknownst to me.
This is hands down the best massage studio in Charlotte. I’ve gone a handful of times over the past couple of years and it’s always such a good experience. Everyone is super friendly and actually listens to what you need. The space itself is really cozy too, which I love. I saw Yana recently for a 90 minute deep tissue at the South End location and she was great. Her Khruangbin playlist was such a vibe. The location is super easy to get to and the parking is a breeze, which can be rare in Charlotte.
While Amanda was professional, I did not feel a sense of relaxing energy from her. I will admit I was 5 minutes late to my appointment due to traffic as well as locating the actual space as this was my first time to this location. The energy I received from Amanda was not of annoyance and/or aggravation. She did provide a decent massage, and indicated she’d massaged me before at my regular location (Carmel Commons). I honestly only came to this location because my normal massage therapist Hope did not have the availability. It felt as though once Amanda received her tip, was she “warm”. Honestly I prefer the Carmel Commons location better and will probably not come back to this South End location.
