Krista was absolutely amazing. She was very attentive, took the time to listen to all of my concerns, and ensured each one was thoroughly addressed. She explained everything she was doing step by step and gave me helpful tips on how to prevent future breakouts, which I really appreciated. She also recommended products tailored to my skin instead of pushing anything unnecessary. My skin has been looking great since the facial, and I definitely plan on seeing her regularly. Highly recommend!

My name is Jessica Varian, I am 58 1/2 years old. MY FACE WAS DROPPING! Sagging … Loosing structure, thickness (youthful cushion) and my lower jaw has started to thing out revealing the horrible marionette lines. I also had deep dark circles under my eyes. I went to ZO looking for MIMI. I started to discuss with her my concerns and my achievable solutions in the hand of a SKILLFUL EXPERT. MIMI DID NOT DISAPPOINT ME 💙👍. I achieved exactly what I was looking for. My face doesn’t have a hint of FAKE plastic look, neither I look like a balloon for so much fillers. And we used A LOT OF SCUPTRA which is my favorite filler. MIMI WORK WAS PRECISE and MY FACE LOOK LIKE 45 years old without plastic surgery and NATURAL!. My oval shaped was kept perfect. This medical-grade skincare line has completely transformed my skin! The products are somewhat pricey, but worth it, especially if you've tried so many others without results. I normally stop in and stock up during promotional events. I haven't booked any facial services yet, but am planning to soon. Staff and management are always pleasant and helpful. Location is clean, organized and convenient!
This place is seriously amazing! I am a chef, so open pores on my face have always been a problem, and I am 39 years old. I started to see Natasha and bought their hydration cleanser and exfoliation pads, and my face has never looked better. I'm not wearing makeup anymore because I have been so proud of my face. Thanks, Natasha, for an amazing facial, and the ZO product line really is worth every penny!
