Alfredo was AMAZEBALLS!!! I’m so happy he came in a did his thing… so happy my toilet is back working and he provided amazing service. He explained the process and possible steps. He actually did his best to not get past step 1. Thanks Alfredo. You Rock!
Highly recommend. Zoom drain responded within minutes of posting on Angie’s list and arrived shortly after. The technician Alfredo was extremely knowledgeable and had a warm and comforting personality. He quickly diagnosed and resolved my issue at a fair price as well as pointing out a few potential future issues (without being too pushy). I’ve tried a few different plumbers in the past and zoom drain is who I will be calling back.
I hardly EVER leave reviews but I just had to rave about this business! Bennett and his team were incredibly helpful and quick with response! We had an plumbing emergency over the holidays and with family coming into to town and hosting we were in a bind and very overwhelmed with what to do and not sure we would get anyone to come out in time with the holidays and sure enough Bennett and his team were so accommodating and able to get us sorted just in time! Highly recommended! Thanks again!!
Bennett, and Alfredo were top notch professionals! My husband, and I highly recommend them for any plumbing service you need! They quickly found the problem, and shared the camera view with us! If I could give them more than 5 stars I would as it’s rare to find technicians, and the actual company owner on site with such a willingness to help a customer understand. Zoom Drain did an excellent job at our home! They jetted the storm drains and main line, cleared grease from the kitchen sink line, and even took care of AC condensation buildup in our bathroom sink. The team was very professional and respectful of our home (shoe covers are an appreciated touch). I really appreciated that they showed us before-and-after photos of the inside of the pipes so we could see the difference their work made. They took great care throughout the whole process, and everything is flowing perfectly now. Highly recommend for all your plumbing and drain needs!
