The guys from Zoom pipe went above and beyond what I was expecting! They did a great job explaining what they were doing when they were doing it and what the results were. They took the time to point out where the lines were running, and where they connected to the main sewer line, helped me locate my home shut off valve as we just purchased this property, and also took the time to tell me how to fix a couple of my drain problems myself. I feel like they really could’ve taken advantage of my situation and they didn’t. I have a new go to Plumber because they’ve earned my trust with their honesty and hard work and professionalism. The rep was very nice and explained everything. He was there several hours but went to lowes for parts he couldnt get. cost seemed very high $1500. No damage just cleaning several drains.
I called them and received an upfront estimate on the specific job I needed them to come out for. They came out did the job very quickly and cleanly. Also gave me pictures and advised me on the next steps to take if needed. Tech was very informative and personable. I would definitely use them again
