Staff took long for them to put me in a room, patients kept going in in front of me which made me really impatient and upset, but when I finally got put in a room the doctor took just a few mins to come in and check out my sweet girl ( elderly dog). The Doctor was actually amazing, very educational and patient and was in the room for a while checking her out and listening to all of my concerns. My pet finally got a diagnosis, I had taken her a couple days before to a different hospital and they couldn’t determine what was going on and of-course I payed a big bill. So, I would say 24/7 vet is very expensive but they let you know ahead of time and they give you options to go somewhere else after diagnosis, which I liked, because I didn’t feel pressured to pay anything unnecessary. I would recommend the hospital just because of the doctor though.

Took our dog here late at night to receive care after a dog attacked her. Was is $2k and expensive? yes! but it’s an emergency vet and we knew what we signed up for. but the staff was so kind and so attentive. Diana and Audra are amazing. We watched the front desk tech Diana give so many budget friendly options to another pet while we waited, never forcing them to make an expensive decision. Thank you for caring for our baby!

The 2 stars are for the 2 people that work there that gave sound advice, and they did truly save my pets life. You are paying for them to be open, not for the bedside manner. After already paying almost 3k for diagnostics, then getting quoted close to 9k for surgery, I went with a local vet that did the same operation for $2,400, they were appalled when they saw the bill. I was also there for close to 7 hours. There is nothing comforting or convenient about this place, they really are just charging 500% more to profit off of people’s grief. My advice, unless your pet is literally on deaths door, wait for a second opinion.

Helped my dog tonight this is the 3rd time they’ve helped us, we’ve lost a few dogs here too but they are good people they always do their best. A little pricey but worth it.

I had to take my pup to the emergency hospital and the experience was excellent. The staff was very professional, organized, and upfront about everything that was going on. The vet was very direct and focused with the treatment, which I appreciated because you could tell he was there to take care of the animals and do his job. My pup was in pretty bad shape when we brought her in, but thanks to their care she was able to come home with us after an overnight stay. I’m really grateful for the team and everything they did for her. Thank you for helping our pup when she needed it most.

I can't say whether or not they are good at saving lives, I did not visit for an illness. But I can tell you that they were so accommodating when we couldn't remove the compression bandage from my kitties arm after being released from a 3 day stay. His poor little paw was swollen and he's a big guy, previously spicy during his hospital stay. The nice gal working there late Friday night said if he was good with strangers there would be no charge just to remove it but if he was spicy and sedation came into play that would be different. She took him back and returned about 2 minutes later saying he was really good! No trouble at all! So I give them 5 stars for being kind, accommodating and quick! There was nobody in the lobby. It was clean and well lit. Thank you for helping us out!!! And Mr Sunshine says thank you as well! He's a much happier boy!
