The staff that I got to know; Vanessa, Jasmine & Jose got me squared away professionally and with care. The ARC- staff followed up with phone calls when my work schedules changed and made the process less stressful. This made me flexible in my work schedule to attend my recovery days here at the Accident Recovery Center. Thank you, Xiong- Doctor of Chiropractic both D.C’s, have me on the road to recovering. Super Honest Review….if I could give them more stars I would!!! I’ll admit I would see their post on facebook and I was skeptical at first. This place is always packed, and I didn’t want to feel like just another client being rushed through. I worried it would be an in-and-out experience with no real care. But man was I wrong and I am so glad I decided to go!! Esmer is truly the best. She made sure I walked out feeling taken care of every single visit. She referred me to several attorneys, and even though I chose my own, it was never an issue. Their only priority was making sure I received the best support and care possible. Even though they’re busy, the service is incredible. Top Shelf service at the Max!! You never wait long to be seen, the doctors actually listen to your needs, and they take their time with you. All the doctors are amazing, but Dr. Xiong is my absolute favorite patient, thorough, and genuinely caring. Vanessa is so sweet her and all the receptionists make you feel welcomed every time. They greet you when you walk in and again on your way out. I never felt like a number here. I truly felt like family. They also took special care of my two-year-old when I had to bring him, which meant everything to me as a mom. I’m forever grateful for their kindness and the way they create a warm, supportive environment. They referred me to top specialists, worked around my schedule, and their late hours make it so convenient. I even signed my daughter up for their private monthly package because the care is just that good. I will forever be a client. ❤️

Overall I had a great experience here as a first time patient. The ladies in the office were so helpful and had such positive attitudes! One of the ladies in particular, Cynthia, welcomed me such a big smile and made me feel comfortable to be here as I was kind of nervous. She was so sweet and walked me through everything! I highly recommend this place if your in need of a chiropractor.
