I've ordered from this shop twice now - both times shipping mistakes were made. Second order was placed back in late nov/early December and I still haven't received it. I can understand if people connect and let you know they're running behind, but that hasn't been the case either time. Instead of refunding shipping costs, they offer measly store credit to spend more money with them. Bummed! They have some cute stuff but not worth never receiving your items.

Made an order online on November 17th for a friend's Christmas gift. Was immediately charged, and as yet haven't received the goods. Sent numerous emails, phoned and was told it was to be shipped out in a couple of days. Still nothing! Such poor customer service, really disappointing. I'd like what I ordered please, thanks.
