How do payments and payouts work?

Buyers pay through one secure checkout and funds are held until the order is fulfilled — released to you when you ship, or when rented gear is returned. Sellers keep 100% of the sale; the buyer pays a small platform fee at checkout.

Do I need my own website to sell?

No. Every Poyst account comes with a storefront where customers can browse your listings and check out. You can share the link, run ads to it, or keep using your existing site — Poyst still handles the orders, payments, and payouts.

How much does it cost to sell on Poyst?
