Had to have my senior boxer euthanized unfortunately and I called here and they got us in the same day even though there was still ice and snow on the ground. They were very friendly and compassionate and I will use them for now on. Thank you to everyone who helped us.

I needed a revision surgery to attempt to get clear margins for a soft tissue sarcoma for my pup. West Texas Veterinary Specialists coordinated with 82nd St Vet Clinic to have their board certified surgeon perform the surgery at this clinic. We drove a couple of hours to get there and I was so nervous about the whole thing. The clinic staff were all so kind and caring and patient. They worked perfectly with WTVS and the surgeon, Dr. Thompson, to take excellent care of my girl and they answered all of my questions and concerns. My pup had a previous slipped disc which I was terrified of reinjuring. They took this very seriously and made sure to protect her back. They were very patient with my fears and questions as well. The next day they called to check on us and make sure things were good and answer any additional questions. I hope we never have to do this again, but I’m glad to have found a clinic close to home~ish that I can trust for this type of care. I’m also thankful they are willing to partner with WTVS and the surgeon to provide this type of care here in the panhandle area. This is a blessing for pets with cancer and other more extensive issues who need care closer to home! Thanks again to these amazing souls! 💕 Also a shout out to West Texas Veterinary Specialists who coordinated this surgery with their surgeon, Dr Thompson. Without them, I would have driven to Dallas or further for this. And… we did get clear margins so the surgery was a success and I’m so thankful for that as well!

I bring both my service dogs to 82nd St Vet.. The staff are beyond amazing, from our emergencies to general health checkups. The staff are so friendly and informative! I’ve appreciated their amazing care over the years. Thank you so much! You are family to us! ❤️ Love Scout & Mouse
