We recently purchased all new appliances from this store, including a Miele built-in espresso machine that alone cost over 6k. Our sales rep was Scott. For such a significant purchase, we expected guidance and expertise, especially since we’re not knowledgeable about these appliances and were looking for professional insight. Unfortunately, Scott offered zero advice or feedback on which models would be the best fit for us. Any time we had questions, he seemed bothered. For the cost and scale of our order, the experience was disappointing and far below the level of customer service we expected. Do not waste your money on the Miele. The machine performs automatic rinsing cycles at all hours of day/night when it powers on, powers off, and after each drink preparation. These rinses use water that drains into the dump tray. Even with light use, the rinse water adds up quickly in the small dump tray. We may have 2 cups a day if that. The tray needs to be removed and dumped more than the drink count. He has to have known this and explained the process. We are also experiencing issues with other appliances. When we reached out to Scott for support, his response was simply to send us a link to the manufacturer for service. It has become very clear that once this store has your payment, you are no longer their concern.

I recently moved into a condominium and discovered I needed to replace all of my kitchen appliances. A&A Appliance provided detailed information on options to meet my needs and ensured I was getting the best value for my money. Their communications and customer service were excellent.

My family’s experience was a mixed bag. The fridge purchase was easy and the delivery well coordinated with the installer. Our fridge was left with adhesive residue (despite an otherwise good install) and we were reluctant to remove it ourselves from the stainless. They pushed us off on a service company and wouldn’t answer questions about routine cleaning products etc. For the $$$ we paid, I expect better comprehensive service. It literally would have taken someone an hour round trip to resolve. From a customer’s perspective it would make more sense for A&A to have their own installers. It would mean less coordination on the customer’s part and the company would be more invested in seeing things through to completion.

We had a great buying experience at A&A. Jim personally worked with us in purchasing a sub zero. It arrived earlier than expected and Jim was incredibly responsive in coordinating delivery and working with our installer. I highly recommend coming here for your appliance needs! We love our sub zero fridge!
