I got charged for a room and then got there and still had to pay a deposit and they didn't have Internet so we could watch TV and was very borad

They are very helpful when you actually get a hold of them on the phone. It is now going into the 2nd month of the semester. I have not received all my digital books costing almost $400. They never return your calls and hardly pick up their phones. I have missed assignments due to their negligence of improper communication.
