First impression... unreliable: I called on Friday for an inspection to repair a non-working furnace. After scheduling a Saturday appointment, they called back to change it to Tuesday 12-2pm. Then... no-show. I called, they looked into it. Still no-show and no call back to sort out. No heat this week I guess.

Not only are they expert, honest, customer friendly but also reasonable. Kevin was the first provider who clearly explained why heat into our bedroom was weak. Guys work really hard and are most respectful and pleasant. They skipped lunch to finish to job.

AC Heating and Cooling came up in a Yelp Search when I was looking for someone to check out the furnace at a house in the SF Sunset district. They came quickly at the requested time window, and were able to assess the problem. The technician said he could fix the furnace by replacing some of the wiring, however he said the furnace was old, beyond it's normal operating life (it is an old house and it's true that the unit was decades old), and the cost of replacing with a new furnace wasn't too much more. For the long term, I decided the latter option would be best and they did the replacement a few days later in one day. We haven't had problems with heating since the replacement happened.
