We are getting ready to move our business after 25+ years in our current location. We worked with Ryan Healy and the Adair team to design and construct our new suite. Having never gone through this experience before, we were anxious about the process. Ryan and team alleviated all of our concerns, went above and beyond and far exceeded our expectations as to what a construction company should do during a build-out. We were kept up to date on every step of the process, and were offered guidance throughout. Needless to say, our new space is beautiful and we are excited to occupy it for the next 25+ years! Our business has been in the same location for 25 years, so naturally, we approached our need to move with more than a little trepidation. After experiencing Ryan Healy and Adair General Construction, I now wish that we could move every year, just so that we could work with them again. Their follow up and follow through was beyond compare, and the level of pride that they took in what was to be our office was more than we ever could have imagined or asked for. Our new office is beautiful, efficient, bright and inviting. We almost feel as though we should have a picture of Ryan and the crew up in our office, as we consider them to be part of our team now. The Adair Construction team was so wonderful to work with during our company renovation project at Western Health Advantage. Their entire team from the owner and project manager, down to the general staff are professional, knowledgeable, flexible, responsive, and a true joy to work with. They kept on schedule, had minimal delays, but still finished on time. We would not hesitate to refer them to anyone and absolutely loved working with them. I worked with Ryan and his team on a tenancy improvement project for our new lab in West Sacramento. From start to finish Adair General Construction were professional and organized. They were always on top of the details and exacting on our behalf when needed. They took care of the small things and looped me in as required on the bigger things. Ryan is a direct and honest communicator as is his whole team. Overall Adair is very easy to work with and delivered my project on time and within budget.
