Shonky workmanship. Electrical not to Standard. Refusal to fix leak from A/C in ceiling and refusal to fix electrical wiring and insulation while under warranty.

I had a previous quote from another company charged $69 for quote for an evaporative roof unit Braemar. It took me 2 days to establish which model quote was for. Ended up being for a low end medium size unit Quote was $6904. I decided to get another opinion & was quoted on phone by lovely Sharon for 2 top end units over $1500 less!!! Andy Adelaide Heating & Cooling O’Halloran Hill came out free of charge, had assessed my 2 story house plans from online & calculated which unit would have appropriate power to efficiently cool my home. Andy was very knowledgable, answering all my queries & explained why & what required & which unit would be most appropriate which ended up being Braemar Super Stealth Inverter top model. Even tho the dropper needed to be replaced & install a wall controller (my old one was in inappropriate position to be replaced) Total cost was $5340. $1564 CHEAPER Than the quote for an inferior model that was not adequate for my home with no mention of replacing dropper. EXCELLENT Professional Service from start to finish. Exactly 2 weeks between Andy’s visit & installation which was done efficiently on a very hot day by a very polite Nathan, Kelly & another. TOTALLY IMPRESSED & ABSOLUTELY RECOMMEND.

I was very disappointed after using Adelaide Heating and cooling Salisbury services for 10+ years and previously receiving great service that now its just a money grab. Our heater was "apparently" serviced at a cost of $250, but I felt it was still not running properly due to heat temperature not rising and the fan didn't feel like it was blowing out the heat. I rang Adelaide Heating and cooling to come back in and recheck, I explained what was happening and I was told to wait by the receptionist, on return she stated I see you have been a long term customer. I said yes, she then stated that they have customers that know their heaters don't work but ask still for servicing. I stated I was not aware there was any previous issues with it and only wanted a service and if I knew there was something wrong with it I would have told you so you could for diagnose to save time while carrying out the service. Their service trade was then booked to reattend the following week, on inspection I was told apparently nothing wrong with the system but he had a big discussion about the fan levels to someone over the phone during this second attendance. I was then emailed another call out charge $120 for this visit. I rang back to ask why and receptionist stated they found nothing wrong with the heater. We were not notified that there was going to be another charge for reattendance and I thought as it wasn't working properly it would have been part of the original service, im not stating if parts were need would be in that but at least the reattendance would have. The system is still not working properly. l will be looking for another company to service both our heater and air conditioner from now on. It's customers that keep you employed and this is not how to treat them in my opinion !!!

I had service booked for my home they quoted $250 for service, also I asked them to tell me what so the errror code on my control panel. They said technician will let me what the error code is during the service. The guy comes spends an hour wandering around my House, donest service the aircon, tells us we need a new aircon con, No point servicing and still they invoice as if they serviced it. The full $250. Just to tell us the aircond needs to be replaced. Than I call back and the lady says oh well our call-out fee is also $250.😆. What a load of rubbish. Just a heads up anyone who wants advise or services, think twice.. by the way, a technician from another company told us over the phone what the error code is for free, when we decided to reconfirm.
