Lee was fantastic in coming out to our house to address an issue with a pantry door that came off. He answered our call, came out same day, and had it fixed promptly and was very thorough in making sure his work was satisfactory and proper. As someone who owns a small business, one issue I find is those little pesky jobs that need attention, but aren't big enough for most people to care or attend to. Lee helped address our concerns and showed great attention to detail even though it was a minor issue. And the price was fair for his time and efforts. We will definitely use his service again, for our home and also our business, thanks again!

Messaged Lee for a quote on a gate repair. He gave me a straight forward, honest quote, with no beating around the bush!! The price was right, so the work was done there and then. The gate now works better than when we first moved into our place!!! I definitely recommend Loyal Property Maintenance - honest, quck and quality work by a nice bloke!!!

My side gate was unexpectedly damaged by strong winds. I called Lee from Loyal Property Maintenance and he was here within the hour! He fixed the damage straight away and did a fantastic job. His professionalism, attention to detail, and extensive experience in his trade were evident. Lee was was fantastic. He kept me well informed with the quote process around time, labour and parts required to upgrade my grape vine frame upgrade. He also take out old air-conditioner out of my shed and replaced with lazer light sheeting,which looked great on completion. He arrived on time and did exactly as I had requested. Very friendly and well priced. I would definatly use him again.
