The food was fantastic! Our waitress suggested the Cielo Mar Y Tierra Molcajete and it was so delicious. The house margaritas was very good and not too sweet. We will definitely be back.

A little on the pricier side but maaaaan the food is good! Take a look at that salad bowl. It tasted as good as it looks. Looots of meat, avocado, eggs, and the greens.... a low-carb-dieter's perfect dish. I'd come back just to have this salad bowl again.

This was our third time at Adelitas Cocina y Cantina, and it continues to impress. One of the things we love most is that there’s always something new to try on the menu, even after multiple visits. This time we decided to share the Cielo Mar y Tierra Molcajete, and it is an absolute must-try. The molcajete came out sizzling and packed with flavor—perfectly marinated steak, chicken, and shrimp in a bold, spicy tomato sauce. The combination of nopales, green onions, panela cheese, and melted cheddar made every bite rich and satisfying. It’s easily shareable and great with both corn or flour tortillas. Adelitas truly delivers on its reputation as an authentic, family-owned Mexican restaurant, and you can tell a lot of care goes into the food. Welcoming atmosphere, and it’s easy to see why we keep coming back. Highly recommend if you’re in Denver

Great Mexican Food! I was overly impressed. I was mouthwatering! I never order a quesadilla because it's always the same, boring. This cheese, with veggies they added, was amazing. The couple I was with order a dish the came out bubbling hot 🔥 and stayed that way almost the entire time the filled their tortillas up eating it! It had steak, shrimp and chicken in it.

We didn't have a reservation on Thursday night, but we got a table in 5 minutes. They have a very nice summer patio as well tables inside in a deemed lounge area. The food was great. We had flautitas with lamb and enchiladas meat combo with few margaritas.
