Came in the clifton location on 1/3/26 to place an order for 1/15 for my girlfriends birthday. They called me to confirm the pickup location on 1/14. I get to the to the shop today and it's not ready for pickup. Was told it was sent to the other location. Waited for it to be done. Will not return.

The flowers were pretty, Maybe not as big of an arrangement as I expected, but they were pretty. The giraffe was much smaller than it appeared to be in the picture. The only issue I had was that the flowers were left at the lobby, and they sat there for hours without being delivered to the room. I had to call the hospital to find out where they were because I asked My son and daughter-in-law if they had received them and they said no.

We had the pleasure of working with Catherine and Jackie, and they were absolutely wonderful — kind, knowledgeable, and professional from start to finish. They gave great advice, never tried to oversell us, and even accommodated a few last-minute changes without any stress. Every arrangement was stunning — from the bouquets and boutonnieres to the centerpieces — everything looked so fresh and elegant. The flowers lasted for over a week and a half after the wedding, which says so much about their quality and care. We’re so thankful we booked with Adrian Durban Florist. Catherine and Jackie helped bring our vision to life perfectly, and we couldn’t have been happier with how everything turned out!

What you see online is what you're getting. The arrangements are absolutely gorgeous, fragrant and well worth the cost. Also, the shop, when they got my order and could tell by my card message, that I was a week early for Mother's Day, called to confirm then correct my order. Back in the day, 1-800-Flowers and ProFlowers were great before they started sending utter garbage. So now, I only deal with local shops for who I am sending to. Adrian Durbin is that shop for the Cincinnati area.
