The nurses have no experience drawing blood or following antiseptic protocols. They left me in the room with the tourniquet on and an open/used needle beside me for around 10 minutes. After handling multiple needles and touching contaminated objects they never changed gloves or sanitized them. When they finally came to collect the blood, the whole procedure took forever due to the lack of blood flow that they blamed on me (it had never happened before). Terrible experience!!

They saw and treated me in less than an hour, everybody was so sweet and understanding, the two ladies at the front desk are very kind And helpful over the phone as well as in person. For things that can’t wait for a visit with your primary provider and need immediate attention like my asthma did tonight. You should definitely stop by this location

Staff was friendly and efficient. Dr. Cohen was FANTASTIC! I’m in the healthcare industry and work with physicians daily. Dr. Cohen treated me like a patient that was part of her practice. Her clinical examination and evaluation was a level up from most physicians that I’ve had. She’s an individual that truly is vested in the health of her patients. Additionally, the MA who draw my blood was attentive, friendly, and professorial. Both communicated a sense of “we’re here to help you get better”. Thank you.

I had the absolute easiest urgent-care visit of my life here. I don’t go to urgent care very often, but I walked in fully prepared to spend half the day waiting just to get antibiotics for strep. Instead, they had me checked in, seen, and on my way with a prescription incredibly fast. Everyone I interacted with was genuinely pleasant, helpful, and efficient. It felt nothing like the usual big-hospital chaos and long lines. I highly recommend this urgent care if you’re in the area — and honestly, even if you’re not, it might be worth going a little out of your way for a smooth, stress-free experience like this.

I went in because I fell and hurt my right hand. AFC urgent care offered a pre registration process they streamlined my visit. I did not wait long and each service provider was caring, listened to my concerns and offered a suitable treatment plan. I recommend this location and I would select them again for my urgent care needs.
