Wow- this animal ER is really well managed! We were seen right away and the nursing staff was so sweet with our pup who didnt feel great. We were able to get answers fairly quickly and treated ASAP. Really grateful for this team. Thank you Dr. Halvorson and nursing staff got your extreme kindness, patience and care that you gave our sweet golden retriever.

We’ve had to bring our pup Gary here a few times, and we’re so grateful for this team. From the moment we walked in, everyone was kind, patient, and incredibly supportive. The vets took the time to explain everything, were transparent about options and costs, and treated our dog with so much gentleness and care. They answered every question and helped ease our anxiety, making a really scary situation feel much more manageable. We can’t recommend them enough

The staff and Vets at VEG ER are incredible. Not only did They save my kitty girl, Gray, from lily toxicity but during her 72 hr stay at the ER they went above and beyond to give her the best care. They sent us constant updates, took calls at all hours, let us visit whenever we wanted. They loved and cared for Gray 24/7 for three days - and when we finally went to bring her home it was such a relief to see how happy and comfortable she was with the staff after three difficult days. For such a horrible situation they may it the best possible experience!
