I want to start out by saying that I really do not enjoy leaving bad reviews for small businesses, but I am hoping this saves someone from the nightmare I am currently experiencing. I hired this company to paint my house after getting quotes from several companies. The google reviews were so good, 4.9 stars! So I decided to go with Affordable and Superior Painting. One of those biggest and most expensive mistakes of my life. In March 2025, I had a new metal roof installed at my home. It cost well over $20,000. June 2025 the crew arrives from Affordable and Superior Painting to paint the exterior of my home. For some reason, they did not account for overspray during the process. This resulted in white paint sprayed over the entire front of my brand new metal roof. To make matters so much worse, when I pointed this out to them, they tried to scrub off the paint with a scrubby kitchen sponge that was like sandpaper! A huge portion of my metal roof is now permanently marred with scrub marks AND white paint. It looks awful, will probably rust in 2-3 years, and now my roof warranty is useless. Again, I hired this company because I believed they were insured for these sorts of things. Well, they were, but it turns out the people who actually did the work were subcontractors for a different painting company. With a terrible insurance company based out of Miami that has given me nothing but trouble since the claim was filed. They won't return calls, they refuse to take any responsibility for the mess. Affordable and Superior Painting also is not returning my calls and refuses any responsibility. Had I known they were using poorly insured subcontractors to do this job, I NEVER WOULD HAVE HIRED THEM in the first place. Please learn from my experience. I thought I was asking all the right questions but I NEVER expected something like this.
Vincent the project manager and salesman was pleasant and gave us a great price. Diego and his crew were such hard workers and very friendly and courteous. Heaven in the office was wonderful to deal with and touched base everyday. Jordan the project manager came by everyday and to the final walk around to be sure I was happy. I couldn't be more satisfied with the final outcome and staff!

From our first meeting for the estimate with Victor, to the date coordination with Heaven, and with the outstanding crew that came and painted, we couldn’t be happier. The house looks great and the process was very smooth.
