"Thank you, Noor, from Al Amira Jewelry. You helped me so much and treated me with such kindness. I truly appreciate your patience and the way you took care of everything. Thank you for making my experience wonderful."
This jewelry shop is absolutely wonderful. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with friendly, knowledgeable staff who genuinely cared about helping me find the perfect piece. They took the time to answer questions, explain options, and never made me feel rushed or pressured. The quality and craftsmanship of the jewelry is outstanding, and the prices were fair for the level of detail and service provided. It’s clear they take pride in their work and their customers. I will definitely be returning and highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for something special.
This is a warning to my Muslim brothers and sisters to be vigilant against a scammer. I am determined to warn everyone to prevent losing their money to these fraudulent individuals. I regret not heeding the reviews earlier, but I initially thought such incidents were rare. Sadly, these scammers are Muslims deceiving fellow Muslims. First, their customer service is extremely rude. They behave as if they’re giving away their products for free, showing a complete lack of professionalism. They have no respect for customers; instead, they mock and ridicule. They dismiss customers with a phrase like, "If you want to buy, buy. If not, leave," regardless of discounts or customer satisfaction. I spent $20,000 on jewelry, only to be sold broken pieces. I will share pictures as proof. Based on reviews I’ve read, jewelry from their store is often broken or defective. It’s unclear whether they wear the jewelry beforehand or if it’s just poor-quality stock. They offer no discounts and behave as if they’re closing the store, not caring whether customers buy anything. Initially expecting beautiful gold designs, I found everything to be fake or broken. I was visiting from Seattle, WA, and it’s evident they target travelers and visitors, fooling them into buying defective jewelry. Save your money. Avoid this store and instead visit reputable gold shops like Malabar Gold or Joyalukkas, which do not charge extra fees for card payments and offer good discounts. Despite paying with a card, they charged additional fees, unusual for trustworthy stores. After all these issues, I received only broken pieces, not the jewelry I wanted. I wish I had listened to the reviews before making a purchase. If I could, I would give them zero stars. No discounts were offered. They charged extra fees on top of that, selling broken jewelry at inflated prices. I checked with other stores, and their prices were much better. May Allah curse these fake people who ruin others' money. These local scammers are just out to steal money in one go. That's why we must avoid these stores and not trust such unreliable vendors. Also, whoever is giving them 5 stars, they belong to them personally, family or friends. Now I'm 200% sure. And one more thing, all the designs are the same. They only repeat those designs on their Facebook page and Instagram. No one buys gold from them. People who buy are like me, only regretting. Same stock, same pictures, everything old, selling only those old designs.
Their gold quality is truly exceptional and very unique. We actually drive all the way from San Diego just to shop here because their service is unmatched compared to the many other stores we’ve visited. My most recent visit was amazing! I shopped with Taleen, who went above and beyond to help me find something new for my collection. She even remembered a few pieces that were in the back and brought out a pendant I’ve been searching for for a while! I really appreciate how genuine and attentive she was in making sure I was completely happy with my purchase. Thank you to Taleen and the rest of the team. They always take their time, treat you kindly, and make the whole experience enjoyable. 10/10 service and quality. Highly recommend coming here (:
Let me start by saying this: I spent over $8,000 at this place. Dealing with this jewelry store has been HORRIFIC, and I genuinely regret ever stepping foot in their establishments. (Please refer to all attached screenshots.) Most of these positive reviews are probably fake, because they bribe you with raffle tickets. That’s what they did to me. I will acknowledge that the staff themselves were gracious throughout this mess—kudos to them. But the business practices are absolutely shady. I purchased four bracelets between their original location and their second location, totaling over eight thousand dollars. I was in love with my stack and wore it immediately. Within 1–2 hours, the nail bracelet kept falling off my wrist—the craftsmanship was clearly subpar. I contacted them right away. Before I could even get a proper response the next day, another bracelet broke—a link popped open. I’m literally just a girl on vacation. Not even 24 hours had passed and the jewelry was already falling apart. Their response? “That’s never happened before, sorry.” They offered repairs or an even exchange. Fine—refunds aren’t allowed, I get that. But there was nothing I wanted to exchange them for, and they didn’t even have the same bracelet available. So I agreed to the repairs. Not to mention, they tried to convince me to spend another 2000$ for a “better quality” nail bracelet. Which is absurd. Why would I want to spend anymore money with this store? Absolutely insane. Mind you, I live in Houston. My man had to drive from San Diego back to Anaheim just to drop off the bracelets for repairs. I even FaceTimed in to watch. The pink bracelet they “repaired” still had a visible gap in the broken link. My boyfriend pointed it out immediately, and suddenly they claimed they “gave him the wrong bracelet.” Like… what??? He goes home, and to double-check the work, his mother wore the bracelets. The nail bracelet fell off her wrist while she was folding clothes. I reached out again, and they finally issued a refund on that bracelet—but he had to drive to Anaheim AGAIN. Now fast forward. My man flew out to see me a month later, and I was so excited to finally wear my pink clover bracelet. I went out like normal and guess what? THE PINK BRACELET BROKE TOO. It fell off my wrist, and I couldn’t retrieve it. At that point, I wish I had returned it right along with the nail bracelet. Would’ve saved me a thousand dollar loss from losing the faulty bracelet. I’m honestly so upset about this whole ordeal. And the worst part? They act like giving me a refund is some huge favor. I wouldn’t need a refund if your jewelry was actually made with quality and proper craftsmanship. If you’re looking for high-quality pieces, go elsewhere. This should’ve never happened—let alone multiple times. Update on my two other bracelets: The clover bracelet motif faces are lifting and one of the prongs lifted as well. I had to have it repaired with a different jeweler. The bangle is going strong…for now.
