I had a wonderful experience at Besan Jewelry in Anaheim. Rania was absolutely amazing—she helped me choose the most gorgeous pair of earrings and made the entire experience so enjoyable. She was friendly, patient, and truly knowledgeable, with a great eye for style. The store has a beautiful selection and the customer service is top-notch. I’ve visited Besan Jewelry many times, and every experience has been wonderful. I especially want to highlight Hiba. She helped me find a replacement earring back I had lost, fixed another pair of earrings for me, and has always gone above and beyond. She’s knowledgeable, patient, and never pushy. I also want to mention that every female staff member I’ve interacted with has been just as kind and welcoming. I don’t remember all their names since some of my visits were about six months ago, but every time I came in and every time I left, I felt completely satisfied with their customer service. Recently, I was looking for a ring for my boyfriend with a budget of only $300. Hiba took the time to show me options within my range and helped me find the perfect one. Her honesty and dedication really touched me. The store itself is beautiful, clean, and has modern jewelry styles with unbeatable prices. I honestly prefer Besan over other jewelry stores in the area because they’re honest, have great customer service, and make you feel welcome from the moment you walk in. Even the security guard was friendly and handed out a car freshener as I was leaving, which was such a thoughtful touch. I’ll definitely be coming back in the future. Highly recommend!
