Good people know good people and our plumber Cole was great! He came same day (no extras fees), fully transparent about the process, options, and pricing + fixed our problems on a holiday! Very professional, quick, and friendly. 10/10 I'm recommending him to family

Louis came on a Sunday same day I called and did an amazing job. My bathroom sink was backed up and it's the weekend before Christmas. No extra charge for same day on a Sunday! And he was willing to work with me on the price. I highly recommend All Aloha plumbing.

The continuity of excellence was started the moment I requested an appointment for the following day. I got a quick response from Gary and I had a follow up with ETA for the next day. It wasn't like other companies that barely communicate. My tech Louie was very courteous and explained the whole process before he began the work in my kitchen. He also made recommendations that I can address in the future. All the work was satisfactory..I would give them 10 stars if I could. I will be referring all my family and friends to them. Excellent customer service today from Louis Z. and other All Aloha team members (Travis for taking my call on a Sunday afternoon, and John for providing an ETA before coming to the property). I’m so relieved to know that they actually work during the weekends (unlike other companies who advertise 24/7 services but don’t answer your call until the next business day). Louis was honest, friendly, and professional. He also treated our home kindly and put on some shoe liners before entering (I appreciated this since I hate deep cleaning our floors). Lou was thorough, and explained everything to me, and addressed my concerns and made sure was happy with the service before packing up the tools and heavy equipment he brought. He also ensured I received a copy of all photos, documents and videos of the work done before he left our home. This is so important in showing transparency, and it gave me confidence that this company is equipped with the proper technology to provide you with real-time information. Thank you again and we look forward to using All Aloha again for other preventative maintenances or emergency repairs.

Aloha Plumbing was outstanding! VIP Service! Cole was absolutely incredible with his customer service with me. He explained everything in detail regarding the problem. He was very professional and took ownership in his work detail. He fixed the pipe in which other competitors could not fix. Cole was outstanding! 5 stars! Thank you All Aloha Plumbing!
