Great group of guys, all 4 guys were fast and efficient in packing and moving my stuff. Definitely recommend this company if you’re moving!!

They don’t stick by the estimate that they provide. Rushes at the last minute and pressure the customer to pay more and the customer service was very rude. Though the actual person who was on the job was polite.

Honest review with pros and cons- The first thing that I’m going to State is you should definitely expect your over the phone price estimate to be double what they give you. So if you’re not prepared to pay double of your estimate, I would definitely not recommend the company. If cost isn’t an issue, The company was very polite and easy to deal with over the phone, and it was easy to schedule an appointment last minute. They were also very punctual on the date of our appointment. Now the cons- First of all, your estimate will probably be double. Maybe I had too high of expectations, because I do moving for a living because my office is transient so I just saw a lot of shortcomings in their service.The two boys that I had moving for me, although polite and kind, were extremely slow and inefficient. If I had one other person with me, I could’ve done it in half the time they did. I just saw a lot of shortcomings in their service. I’m not sure if they were slow boating it for more hours or if they’re just not very smart about how to move things. But I feel like professional movers should be both mentally and physically fit for the job and they were not. They took a lot of resting breaks due to physical lack of fitness and mentally I don’t really think they were very smart about how to move the larger objects. There were a few things that clearly needed to be tipped over and angled to get through door frames and it had them stumped. They also charge extra for wrapping and padding your furniture items and they take a very long time to blanket and wrap each item. Again, I’m not sure if this is to increase the amount of time they spend so they can get paid more but I just told them to stop padding things because it was hard to watch how slowly they worked. I even moved half of the smaller items myself because I couldn’t bear to watch how slowly they moved. And I had to help them move a few of the larger items that they were incapable of lifting and maneuvering themselves. At the end of the day it took twice as long and twice as much money to get the job done and I will definitely not be using another professional moving company again, but that was just my experience.
