Najee and Dalton came today and serviced my furnace. They were both very nice and professional. I highly recommend them as future service technicians for others!! Nice experience for me!!

I had a loss of heating in my system. I called my regular heating and cooling people. They came out and said I needed a new HC&V unit. Mine was 12 years old and had been serviced regularly. I called Prudential and asked them to do a second opinion. They came out and immediately said I did not need a new unit just needed to replace the gas valve. They did that and checked the system and said it was working fine.. I will now switch my twice a year maintenance to Prudential and when I have to have a new unit I will get it through them.

K. Meyer did an outstanding job servicing our HVAC. She explained clearly what the problem was, the action she took to service it, and what we could do in the future for maintaining peak performance. She was knowledgeable about the air quality critical needs of a person with severe asthma and made helpful recommendations. She installed an air scrubber which has made a very noticeable difference in a short time. We appreciate her professionalism.

Zach,Alex and Josh were such a breath of fresh air!! They went out of their way to make sure that I was fully informed about what they were doing. They were installing a furnace because my older one had failed. It was snowy and wet outside and they made sure none of it was carried through my home as well as cleaning it up TOTALLY!! I received some big packages for my grandkids for Christmas at my front door and they were kind enough to offer to take them to the garage behind the house. What great young men they are!! There was a genuine presence around them that showed me they really do care for others!!! I have done business with this company for over 40years I have always been happy with them but this experience was above them all!!!

We added a maintenance plan to our HVAC unit with prudential last year and have been super pleased with their service and their ability to be here in a reasonable amount of time when we call them. They were here for our regular fall check up today and did a full service on both our units. Our technicians Trevor and Dale could not have been more professional, courteous, informative and friendly. They helped me troubleshoot a noise issue that I think is coming from our ductwork, installed an air purifier system to our unit and made sure everything was running well with both our heating and ac units before the fall. All of their technicians and staff have always been friendly but Trevor and Dale were exceptional.
