I wasn't the renter. I just picked up the chairs for a party with my truck and trailer. The guys working at the loading dock had everything ready and loaded me up quickly. They had a good system.

Terrible experience - DON"T USE ALL SEASON TENT RENTAL. Delivery charge is ABSURD and the 'sales' person... doing you no favors, "Hank Parker"! Will tell everyone I know why NOT to do business with you.

Do not call and ask questions.. they are rude and unhelpful. In fact it clearly was bothering the sales person that I called them.

try anyone else; they USED to be good, and that’s why you’d be tempted to try them out. Their customer service (from the actual owner) has gone downhill & was plain rude to us. Extra bonus, they do not have delivery available at this time. Yikes. We were repeat customers too.
