I rented linens for an event on 8/24/19. One of the tablecloths was not the size I ordered. It was too small for the table and I was unable to use it. Also, I ordered a rectangle cloth and it was round. Linens were returned today & I requested a refund of $28.00 + tax for the one tablecloth. I dealt with Nicole Dell. She refused to check the linens to validate my request and removed everything to the warehouse. . When she returned she said the manager was on a conference call and would call me later in the day. No call was received by 4pm. I called again & Nicole said the manager had to step out and would call me later. At 5pm Nicole called back and said the manager reviewed my request and it was denied. Nicole admitted she had not looked at the returned linens herself. I have filed a dispute with my credit card & will not do business with them again. I have used them in the past & was very pleased with their service so I ignored the negative reviews. Never again.

Sarah and the all seasons team helped me and my now husband with our wedding. We ordered a few items from them and it just made our event everything and more than what we expected it to be!!! Sarah was so easy to work with, our items were delivered promptly (we had a small issue with one of the pieces of boxwood and the all seasons team came to the rescue-after they already left-after initial delivery and helped us set up), and they provided great response and service! 5 stars to all seasons! Thank you!

There service is completely horrible. Was supposed to have a tent, tables and chairs dropped off for a weekend function. On the contract I was told that it would be delivered between 9-1. When I contacted there office at 11 and they said that they would be there by 1. Well that time came and went. At 215 I called the office and was told that they would be there in about an hour. At 345 I again called the office and asked where they were. I was put on hold while they called there driver. The representative then told me they were in Rochester picking up more supplies and they would be back to buffalo in about 1 hour. This in turn left me scrambling around to find some where to have dinner for 90 people. They company finally showed up at 6 pm but with the wrong tent size. The tent finally did get put up for the rest of the weekend. I asked the representative at the office to have the owner call me to discuss my displeasure. On Wednesday I then called the company back n spoke to the owner Bert. He said he would look into the problem and call me the next day. Well 5 days went by with no call. I spoke to him again finally and was asked what they could do for us. I asked for him to charge me half of the $900 we spent there. He said the best he could do is send me a check for $100. To me this is unacceptable. We will not be renting from any of there locations again and I suggest anybody else to look for another company. This company doesn't believe in customer satisfaction. I will make sure I spread the word on how horrible this place is. Don

I can't even describe how horrific my experience was with this company last weekend. What was disappointing is that both myself and my family have rented with them in previous years for all our party needs. The young man, Zachary Glassman who was "helping" us was on his phone texting, sighing, walking away from us, and had major attitude. Instead of suggesting other items or finding a way to find our answer he just cut us off and said "you can just buy paper lanterns on Amazon" when I asked about their fabric overlay in the front window he said "I don't do the linens so I have no idea the name of it or the cost" They wanted to charge us $9 a piece for chargers!! I found them somewhere else for $3! When I asked to see the overlay on the actual table in the showroom, he flung it over and walked away. Didn't smooth it out, didn't explain why it had seams on it, didn't ask the size of the tables at my venue. I asked if our quote included delivery at which he scoffed and said "No, you are looking at least $100 to deliver to East Aurora" for some tablecloth overlays??? You HAVE to be kidding me. Maybe this company is actually reputable but the person representing them needs to find a new job. I couldn't be more disappointed and they have just lost all future business with us

Have used a number of times for work functions. Constently have trouble with quality of items delivered (grass on legs of tables, lipstick on glasses, cracked glasses, unmatched glasses, dirty &/or wrinkled linen). Not to mention often not delivering the entire order. I have had to drive to them and pick up items that were missing because they were needed immediately and they didn't have anyone available to deliver. Clips don't fit on the tables they deliver for skirting. Will not waste anymore company dollars on this company!
