I would give this company minus ratings if I could! Absolute horrendous customer service and after sales support. I wouldn't recommend Allans flooring to anyone, please take your business and hard earned money elsewhere. Their staff member Billy, Gary and floor fitters are absolute cowboys. They caused me so much stress and in the end I had to get my new laminate flooring fixed to stay in place by another company and pay them to sort out the poor fitting by Allans. Allans fitters lied saying the floor was soaking that's why the laminate would not stay in place and that they will charge to come fix it? Absolute rubbish excuse for covering up the crap job done by their fitters and to try make more money out of me. Avoid this company, AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!

Bought bedroom furniture from Allan's Furniture, wasn't sure what I was looking for but Tom took time and showed me around and checked I could get my wardrobes delivered in the colour I was looking for and quick delivery. Thankyou for your patience Tom your a star ⭐

We recently floored our full house from Allan’s. The team were great in answering the many questions we had on the process, the flooring and carpets are great quality and fitters were friendly and efficient. Ryan and his team are great to deal with - highly recommend!

Had the team replace my hall carpet with vinyl this morning. They were here less than an hour, removed the carpet, underlay and grippers and took it all away and sealed the full thing, at my request. Thanks Gary and the fitters 😊
