Heartfelt gratitude for a job well done. Joslyn ( hit won’t let me spell her name correctly) was so accommodating doing my son’s order of service for his Celebration of Life. I gave her basic details and she had creative freedom to get it done well.

Josellyn was so helpful in going back and forth with our brochure for our investors. Her and the design team in the back, Sarah, really helped make a wonderful product! We look forward to using them again!

Terrible experience and customer service. We provided this company with SVG files to print tablecloths for an upcoming conference, but the finished product quality was unacceptable. The print quality was inconsistent, and the text was noticeably pixelated despite being supplied as vector artwork. When we offered to return the tablecloths so they could correct the issue, Bianca informed me that the owner would allow a return but refused to issue a refund or a reprint. They essentially said we could give them back the product but they were going to keep our money and do nothing to make this right. They claimed the digital “proof” we approved reflected the final quality, even though their own designer explained the proof was only a visual mockup, not a print-quality representation. Overall, both the product and service fell far below expectations. I’d recommend taking your business to one of the many other print shops in DFW that stand behind their work.

I have an account with AlphaGraphics and have always had good experiences with the Arlington location, but I will never use the Camp Bowie location again. The Arlington team is much friendlier and professional. At Camp Bowie, I once called to see if I could quickly pick up my order right at closing time since it was already paid for. Instead of being helpful, Bianca laughed at me and hung up. I gave her the benefit of the doubt and tried to call back, but she refused to answer—even though this was still during business hours. When I arrived (before closing), she stayed in the back and had someone else bring me my order. The whole interaction felt rude and unprofessional. This experience was so disappointing that I’ll only use the Arlington location moving forward.

We can't say enough about Robbie Eller (Center Manager) and her positive attitude. She's unmatched in the industry in terms of knowledge of the product / available options, making sure the job is completed quickly, accurately and at very competitive pricing. She's quick to find solutions - adds, revisions, last minute changes from us have always been received with courtesy and professionalism. Robbie is great to work with and has always ensured AlphaGraphics consistent, high product quality and great customer service.
