Charing 3.50 to print a shipping label on top of postage shows poor customer service.

Excellent service! Been their customer for over a Decade. Everyone is happy, helpful and most are long term employees. Always greeted by name.

You can tell this store is short staffed but the ladies in there didn't make it evident! Chatlyn is who did my transaction and was quiet but super nice. I'm sure having people on your face all day can be overwhelming and it's only 3 people in here. Give them a raise please, its packed in here always😭😭🩷🩷 Women make the world go round!

Terrible and I mean just terrible. Each representative I spoke to said something different and weren’t able to help in any way possible. Definitely not using UPS to ship anything valuable!

Even though I came in close to closing time, Gavin provided me with EXCEPTIONAL customer service as if they just opened up the store. This will be my store to ship things out from now on!
