Called Alpine because one of the biggest companies around town quoted me something insane for a 10-minute fix. They came out within 20 mins of my call (while the other guy was still here) and walked me through the whole process on why my AC wasn't working and how he was going to fix it so I know how to do it in the future. Super nice guy and a great price. Will be using in the future

Alpine HVAC provided us with a cost-effective HVAC replacement of our 22-year-old system (second floor attic location) and an upgrade to a Carrier 3-ton 2-stage R-454 system. Corey provided a quote on the same day it was requested, including an on-site inspection to verify the quote. The installation team of Ruben and Javier were efficient, no damage to stairs or flooring, and responsive to any questions we had on the system operation and new WiFi thermostat. They finished the removal of the old system and installed the new components in less than 7 hours. They also swept and cleaned up after the install. Alpine’s owner, Cliff, was the first person on site that morning and checked on the progress at about 50 % completion. I highly recommend this locally owned company and their employees.

Alpine accepted an appointment to do a diagnostics work and backed out last minute. I understand that my appointment is not important compared to others who need their AC working again in the middle of a sweltering summer. I also understand that things happen in general and appointments need to be rescheduled, but my tenant had to pay to board her dogs, arrange her work schedule to accommodate the appointment and in the end to hear Alpine said they’re not interested in doing the diagnostics work. They could have called me much earlier as the appointment was made almost a week in advance. It is their choice what work they’re willing to engage in, but it’s highly regrettable, unprofessional and inconsiderate for the Service Manager to cancel an appointment during the window that they have committed to and went on and on about how bad everything is for them, without one care that on my side we have actually incurred time and money to keep the appointment.

Alpine Heating and Air Conditioning has been excellent for over 26 years in addressing our needs for repair of three AC systems. They recently removed the old units and installed two new systems quickly. Professional, efficient, courteous and considerate are descriptions that come to mind when thinking of the Alpine team.

We bought a new home and the AC units were flagged in the inspection report. After calling about a half a dozen companies that wanted to charge me hundreds of dollars just to look at my units, I found Alpine. Corey was incredibly helpful and was able to quickly get me a quote without charge. As soon as we closed, they came out and assessed the job, ordered the equipment and had it installed before we moved in. They were friendly, helpful, professional and very competitive in pricing. The technicians that came to our house were amazing and communicated well as they worked through some issues that came up. After all was said and done, they invoiced us for exactly what was quoted. It was a great experience and we couldn’t be happier. I highly recommend Alpine to anyone looking to have a new ac installed.
