$45 to hem a skirt NO WAY!? Alex, is very unprofessional. Before telling me the cost. He screamed 3 times at me. "Just show me what length you want!"

Went in today for the consultation to get my dress hemmed. Guy that helped me (didn’t get his name) was very rude when he was measuring my dress. Then, I gave him my dress and he told me how much it would be. $118. Which I was told over the phone, that I would pay at time of pickup. At first he said he would honor it, and then he took back what he said. I now have 3 weeks to find somewhere to get my dress hemmed. Nordstroms will never get my business again. Talk about “customer service”.
