I had a wonderful experience at Alts in Chelsea. I brought in a pair of pants that had been incorrectly altered by my dry cleaner, along with my winter parka to have the zipper fixed. Unfortunately, it turned out the pants couldn’t be repaired, but they were kind enough to fix the parka zipper free of charge, which I really appreciated. Milange helped me and was efficient, competent, and professional throughout. Frank at the front desk was equally friendly and welcoming, with a presence that made the whole interaction even more pleasant. Great service all around - I’d happily return.

I came in for my wedding dress alterations. I just want to start off by saying that the staff are amazing. So welcoming and supportive. Lidia was my first tailor. She helped me with my dress. She knew what the dress needed alterations on. She kept working on it till it was perfected. Faith as well is a lovely tailor. She ended up finishing the alterations. The back needed the most attention and it ended up fitting like a glove. So so thankful for Alts and the team there.

Tatiana did an amazing and impecable work with my dress. I needed hemming, boning, and couple more things. Through the whole process I was informed of every step she was to take and she was very careful when working on the hemming and did not messed the lace area. Tatiana is very sweet and professional, would recommend her and her team 100%.
