Honestly, there are many better places available, and I would recommend going elsewhere to have your car serviced. I was visiting San Jose for the weekend and decided to bring my car here for repairs. I was not given a quote until after I had already left my car there. At that point, I was hoping the repair would be completed quickly, so I agreed to proceed. Howard later called and told me to come pick up the car because they were closing at 5:00 PM. While I was on my way, he informed me that the car was scraping and would need an additional day to fix. He explained that they were waiting for new parts to arrive on Sunday around noon. I called at 11:00 AM on Sunday to check on the status of the car, hoping it might be ready earlier. I was told it was ready for pickup, which immediately raised concerns since Howard had mentioned parts arriving later. When I picked up the car, I heard scraping as I was leaving, and the scraping continued throughout the drive home. I tried calling the shop but could not get through despite calling six or seven times, either being placed on hold or hung up on. I returned the car, and Brandon was extremely helpful and professional. He listened carefully to the situation and was very kind throughout the interaction. He mentioned that the part was already there, which was confusing because, if it truly needed to be fixed again, they would have needed to reorder the part—indicating that Howard never actually fixed it that morning yet. It seemed the car was marked as “fixed” without being properly double-checked. Brandon even offered to stay after closing so we could pick up the car, but I was too far away at the time and planned to return Monday morning instead. Another employee was present, and as I was explaining the situation in case the car was still scraping and needed further repair, he walked away mid-conversation and handed me the keys without allowing me to finish speaking. For a service that cost around $900, I do not appreciate the rushed work or the dismissive attitude. I would definitely recommend going somewhere more affordable and more considerate of their customers. I also witnessed them turning away customers who had appointments, telling them to go to another shop down the street because they could not take them—even with scheduled appointments. Waiting 2 days for a car to be properly fix for this price is insane. If I knew they would treat customers like this/ do a rushed job I would’ve gone somewhere else.

I checked in 10 mins late for my tire repair appointment but they still took me and got the repair done within an hour. Super friendly staff and very accommodating. I recommend them for tire repair and will continue to go to them for any tire replacements or services.

Brandon was super helpful and helped us pick the best tires possible for our SUV. He listened to my requirements and even price matched with a competitor. In the end we got a higher speed rated tire for an incredible price. 10/10 would recommend. They even offer to uber you home while your car is being worked on!

Such great service and they help me to swap the new Michelin tire in 30min and do the balancing check as well, The price is reasonable!

I can’t say enough great things about this team. Running a tire shop well isn’t easy, and Brandon and his crew do it exceptionally. They’re professional, courteous, and confident, also assertive in all the right moments without ever being pushy. I’ve come here twice now for tire repairs, and each time I’ve been impressed with the quality of the work and the level of care. I happen to live nearby, but honestly, this place is worth the drive. If you want your vehicle taken care of by people who clearly take pride in what they do, this is the shop.
