When I took my 88 yr old mother for her exam they were very nice and on time and we got her 2 pair of glasses at 100 bucks and when I couldn’t take my mom to adjust they did it without her so thank you Tully Road staff

I wear contacts and it was $109 for the exam that would cover me for 3 years of exams at no additional cost, and I would get a discount on all my purchases! I asked what were the hidden fees or strings attached to that deal, because it sounded too good to be true! To my surprise there was NONE! it truly is an amazing deal! I was sold! Monica set me up for an appointment right away, and squeezed me in that same day! David the doctor's assistant was so detailed and friendly in explaining my eyeballs to me. Dr.Danh is also so kind and friendly. He will be my eyeball expert forever! The store is clean, and the entire staff is friendly. They cleaned all the glasses that I tried on and I felt bad, but they assured me I could try on as many as I wanted. The staff was more then happy to assist me in finding the perfect frames. I felt like I tried on their entire wall, and I felt really bad they had so many to clean after, but they kept telling me "its okay, take your time." I like that they didn't rush me or pressure me to find something quickly. I will definitely be back for more glasses and future exams. I do have 3 years of free exams now. Thank you Monica, David, Dr.Danh and everyone who helped me choose my frames (sorry I didn't get all of your names).

RIP OFF REPORT. DONT GO HERE. Might as well be named America’s Worst. Totally false advertising, from the name of the store, to the advertising they present to you when you are choosing what to pay. I came here because the store was offering 2 pairs of glasses and a prescription for glasses for $69.95. Unfortunately, the prescription I got is useless, it’s not for my eyes at least. The two pairs of glasses I got don’t fit my face. The lenses are crazy huge, like you cannot get fatter lenses. They hurt my eyes just to look through them let alone when I wear the glasses. Omg it’s like a different world in there, I have a huge headache after minutes of wearing them. Def cannot drive with them. When I was purchasing them, no one fit the glasses to my head, no one fit the lenses to my eyes. I have never been to a worse glasses store. America’s worst. It’s in a Vietnamese neighborhood, maybe it’s more for the Vietnamese people, but I wasted $70+ including taxes. Never will I use those glasses they gave me. And clearly the prescription is wrong. Useless waste of time and money.
