Without any estimate they submitted lab work without my permission and I was forced to pay over $500 for something I have never approved. Stay away from this business 🤬

Nicole was hands down the best! She stayed on the phone with me and explained everything regarding my fur baby! I wasn't a number or a rush off the phone. she answered all my questions and made me feel so good about the plan to help my fur baby!

This place thinks they’re the Palm Beach Cleveland clinic for animals. They couldn’t fix my cat for 4 grand. And they have no problem putting your animal down if you don’t have enough money to continue treatment or recommend surrender. That’s all I’m gonna say.

EXTREMELY disappointed with this location. It was my first time here because my puppies were sick and the front desk lady was extremely condescending. Instead of creating a warm welcoming vibe she instead questioned me about my decision of adopting two puppies from the same litter and questioned why I didn’t have a certificate for them. Even joked about us “breaking the law”. Once I got to see the vet she further questioned me about my puppies and where I got them from and asking if they were “accidents”. I believe they think we got them from breeders but we didn’t. I wish they would’ve been more Welcoming rather than undermining. THE vet was also no help. She said she never heard of dogs eating chicken and rice as a blain diet…. When I asked her how much water they should be getting she said “I’ll have to look that Up” …… We payed to send their poop to their lab and never got a phone call about the results. WE HAD TO CALL THEM. They offered no support or Game plan to resolve the issue about the puppies being sick during that phone Call. Yes they are cheaper than MOST vet offices in port Saint lucie but the staff and customer service shows you why they are so cheap / affordable.

The Worst they couldn't handle my 17 old cat she's always sweet and well behaved. They cut her slightly on her side . Then wondered why she didn't like Them. Then tried to say she's not a good cat! I have 2 vets that beg to differ and couldn't believe what they did. And made up lies to try and get more Money from me about my Cats health we went to another vet . She's fine now. I wouldn't trust them with my pet ever again I'm sorry I had to put my poor cat through that.
