The Worst they couldn't handle my 17 old cat she's always sweet and well behaved. They cut her slightly on her side . Then wondered why she didn't like Them. Then tried to say she's not a good cat! I have 2 vets that beg to differ and couldn't believe what they did. And made up lies to try and get more Money from me about my Cats health we went to another vet . She's fine now. I wouldn't trust them with my pet ever again I'm sorry I had to put my poor cat through that.

HORRIBLE CLINIC!! Don’t take your pets here. Recently took my dog for a terrible ear infection and they cared more about her 1 vaccine that was due versus her pain. We went into an exam room to be seen and they took her to do a ear swap, came back and said she was irritable so they didn’t take it, they just drew blood and updated her vaccine. WITHOUT MY CONSENT! They then proceeded to make me feel terrible about not catching her infection in time. They told me “you should’ve seen the signs before then” and “you should go around other animals to notice the difference” VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!! My dog was in terrible pain the night before so I brought her the next morning to be seen I am not a veterinarian I am a dog mom when my dog seems sick I bring her in simple. This place is rude and only caring for money. Don’t bring your pet here if you want them treated well and cared for. BE CAUTIOUS!!

I took my dog here to get an ultrasound and walked out with a new vet for both my pups. Dr. Perez was very knowledgeable and kind and I felt he really cared about my dog's wellbeing. The prices were reasonable as well.

It was sooo horrible situation!!! 🤯🤯🤯If it were possible to give this clinic no stars at all, I would. This is the worst clinic I have ever been treated at!!!! They cheat and take everything they can and no help!!! 😢It only gets worse! I went there for my puppy because she was scratching herself more than usual and the doctor advised me to give her an allergy injection that cost about $150-$200. I agreed and they did it (not in front of me, but in another room😱). I suspect they didn't do it at all because I came back a week later. My puppy got worse. 😭😭😭She developed large red spots all over her chest and under her paws. The doctor prescribed me a spray for $30 that also didn't help. Each time I visited the clinic, I paid $50 for the doctor's examination and for their "predictions" that it might be something else. I came to the clinic for the third time with the same problem and they again told me to pay and then we will advise you something and maybe it will help or maybe not. They refused to refund my money for the spray. 😢After using the spray for a week, all the fur was stuck together and I brought my Shih Tzu puppy to the salon for a haircut. It was impossible to comb my puppy's fur. The girl at the dog grooming salon said that we could only cut her bald. 😭😭😭😭😭😭We couldn't comb her fur because the tangles were too close to the skin. I had heard of cases where dogs weren't given injections, but I didn't think I would find myself in a situation like this. Don't waste your time and money on unqualified doctors. 🤬🤬🤬God forbid they ruin your baby. A terrible clinic and the doctor there is incompetent! 🤬🤬🤬Avoid them if you love your baby!🥹

We took our hound-mix Penny in a couple weeks ago when she was showing signs of being in pain. They determined that a tumor on her spleen had ruptured, so we were preparing to either rush her to an emergency vet for surgery or say goodbye. One of the surgeons spoke with us and offered to do the surgery there right away, though it was not guaranteed to save her. They were able to remove her spleen with no complications and we got to take Penny home that evening. They saved us a lot of money, but more importantly they saved her life and gave us more time to appreciate every moment with her. Thank you to everyone at Animal Health Center for going above and beyond for our sweet girl!!
