The Florida 2026 Legislative Session Preview was well researched, and presented in detail with an experienced analysis of the likely impact and progress through the legislative process. This was all done very efficiently, making good use of our time. I look forward to future sessions.

He was our Association attorney when I was president for years. I’ve moved to a different condo community and they not our association attorney here I follow him and all his online Zoom classes very down to earth and easy to understand. His office is also extremely helpful and answering your question. In fact, they just referred me to another attorney for a real estate estate issue that they could not handle.

If I could rate this 100 stars I would. Although unable to represent me due to the unique circumstances of my situation: Mr. Stern was extremely respectful and courteous during our consultation. He is extremely professional and knowledgeable, and honestly presented me with my options moving forward. I would recommend this firm to anyone over and over again!

I met with Mr. Arline in regards to some property related challenges. What I appreciated the most was his clear desire to help me achieve my objectives without feeling like he was trying to maximize billable hours. Just great advice and actionable steps that I could actively pursue. Some of the options presented would require legal assistance, many I can address myself. If I have further property related legal needs, I will absolutely use Ansbacher Law!

This was my first session with the firm. It was very informative, clearly presented by members of the firm. Everyone was warm and pleasant. I feel better equipped for my role as a Board Director. Great job to everyone! I appreciate that the course is offered at no cost to participants as part of the firm's community service. I recommend the course!
