UPDATE: Britny from customer service reached out and was very helpful and offered to send out one of their best guys to re-clean the ducts. Frank came out and did a much more thorough job. He pulled out multiple large items with his bare hands that had been missed by the first cleaning. He then proceeded to re-clean all ducts. I included a few more before and after photos that show how much was missed on the first cleaning that Frank was able to fix. Original review: We used a Groupon for duct cleaning, and had to wait a month for our appointment, which was rescheduled the day before service was scheduled. We were able to be seen last minute, which we were (at the time) grateful for. When the technician arrived, he attempted to upsell us on a new air filter and a disinfecting spray. We declined and he got to work. Upon receiving our “after” photos, we could clearly see dirt, debris, and some larger items left in the vent (left by previous tenants), including an electrical faceplate, credit card, phone pop socket, and door stop. All items were easily removed by hand and shows some lines were not even attempted to be cleaned. We’re fortunate we only paid for a Groupon and not the full price, but even the little bit we spent on the Groupon was a waste of money.

I had a rental property needed deep cleaning and service a week before Christmas and I reside out of state. I called apex customer service let them know what is going on what my budget is they came out and helped with vent cleaning. Deep cleaning furnace dryer vent. So worth it . The mess was left by tenants and they removed everything

I’m extremely Satisfied with the Service that was done at my house Mike was awesome. He helped me out alot he definitely help save me $600 as well he deserves a Raise 🔥 We need more people like him He even brought some gifts, my dogs were happy with the treats. Thank you Mike for being a positive Rockstar 💪 Go team Nerd 🌺😂 it was cool to have someone to talk to about anime 🌹 it was a pleasure thank you!! The front office staff are very good at their job and answered a ton of questions that I had as a first time home owner who's never done anything about a furnace before. Jonathan (the tech that came to my house) was very friendly. He communicated very well about when he would be there, exactly what he found upon inspecting the furnace, what needed to be done (with a couple of options at various price points from the bare necessities to all of the "nice to have"s), and how long it would take him to do the work. He finished everything in less time than he estimated, and was overall very good at his job. He was also very friendly with my extremely energetic puppy. Overall wonderful experience. I fully plan on calling Apex again in the spring to inspect my AC unit and do any ongoing maintenance.

I needed my air ducts cleaned after suffering from bad allergies. Apex Clean Air came through and sent their technician Mike to perform a thorough inspection and sanitize my ducts and thoroughly clean my HVAC system. Mike was excellent in the customer service he provided and in representing the company. My furnace was in need of a good cleaning and Mike explained everything in detail from start to finish. I now have fresh air circulating through my ducts and my families allergies have also improved. I highly recommend Apex Clean Air because of their integrity! A very honest business and reasonable in their pricing. This company will go above and beyond to ensure you are satisfied!
