Jose did an absolutely Beautiful job on my grandparents headboard and footboard which dates back to around 1915 and brought up from Central America‼️ I thought it was totally hopeless, as it had cracked and was in terrible shape. Jose took it apart straightened out the boards and refinished it‼️ I highly recommend his work‼️Gracias Jose ‼️

I wanted to share my experience with the repair service I received for my century-old settee. I chose this company based on numerous 5-star reviews and had high expectations for the quality and craftsmanship. The entire process took several months, and I received multiple text messages informing me that more time was needed. Understanding they were busy, I allowed an extra 2-3 months since there was no rush on my end. In hindsight, this should have been my first warning sign. When I finally went to pick up the settee, I was in complete shock by the condition it was in. There were scratches on the wood (which were not there before), glue on both the wood and the upholstery, and areas where it seemed they ran out of fabric and tried to pull it tight. The overall outcome of the project was far below my expectations. I was asked for more time and more money to fix these mistakes, which I declined. Although there was some hesitation, they did refund my payment, citing that I would be hard to please. While I did not expect perfection, I certainly expected a much higher level of quality and craftsmanship. Before I could take the settee home, they cut the fabric into shreds, removed the cushioning, and applied a paint stripper to the wood. I did not receive my old materials back. UPDATE: I’ve added the photos of the settee I took home after the “repair”. These extra photos show the fabric cut, cushions removed, and wood stripped. Sincerely, Crying Little Girl

Stunning work at a very reasonable price - I trusted them with a VERY rare set of Klipsch Heresy speaker cabinets made of irreplaceable Brazilian Rosewood to gift to my friends and they are gorgeously refinished! So good that I’ve given them vintage McIntosh audio gear to refinish, too!

Jose did a wonderful job of repairing my two antique spindle chairs! The service was friendly, polite and fast and the price very reasonable. His work was excellent and they warranty their repairs. I would definitely use them again!

I had two pieces restored here. They were my wife’s childhood rocking chair and rocking horse. I had a tight window of a couple weeks that I wanted them done before her birthday as a surprise. I was very happy to find Antique Furniture Repair. They gave me options to have it restored exactly how I wanted it and also had it done right on time for her birthday. I would recommend them to anyone and I will use them again in the future if I ever need a piece restored. You should have seen the joy in my wife’s face when she saw them and she absolutely loves how they turned out. It actually made her cry. My 17 month old daughter loves them too and plays with them every day.
