I ordered my phone online and went in for a pickup. I started with one rep and ended with another (this place gets so busy so bring a snack LOL). Phil helped me finish everything up, cleared some confusion, provided great customer service, and helped me understand all the new features I’d have compared to my old phone. Thank you!

Ariana was so helpful today! I had an appointment on Sunday, but they wouldn't see me when I arrived, and everyone I dealt with only seemed to want to do check ins and diagnostics (for a cracked screen issue)- not actually look at my phone and help me. When my appointment time came and I was still waiting around, knowing they would still want to do a 'diagnostic' (which I thought I had already done? Why send me a link to do it before the appointment if I have to do it again?) I left, as I had another appointment. I came in today, and Ariana actually LOOKED at my phone, diagnosed the issue, and fixed it, right there in the front of the store. She is so helpful, and has completely reversed my previous bad opinion of Apple customer service from Sunday.
