I went in and got my iPhone 11 Pro Max screen replaced with OEM screen for $180 on June 5th, 2025, I was told I had a 90 day warranty . I was sold a defective screen they stopped working a little after 60 days and I bought it back and they replaced it for free with a non-OEM screen. Now this non-OEM screen is not working at all after another 45 days and I was told by a different reputable company that I would have to get an entirely new screen after spending $180 with this company. I recommend just avoiding this company because now they won’t even replace my screen when I’ve been given defective screens since the very beginning .
This place is very great. Very affordable and well maintained. The technician helped me and my bf with getting his phone fixed. He was very nice and helpful. Also the also have all their prices online so that you can check it out before booking an appointment.
I'll start with the positives: My technician, Jay, was extremely kind, professional, and very easy to talk to. He's a very easygoing guy and I really enjoyed his presence. Unfortunately, the work that was ultimately delivered was subpar. I had a damaged LCD that required replacement for a Google Pixel 8. I needed to return twice because the repair was botched. The first time, Jay damaged Fingerprint sensor connector (breaking it off, if I understood correctly) - giving me an (admittedly) functional phone, but with biometrics completely disabled as a result. He had to order a new screen. The second time I returned, he installed it correctly - but the phone's software would not allow me to use the sensor. When I brought this to Jay's attention, his response was "yeah, that happens sometimes". When I asked him if this was fixable, he told me it wasn't and the phone was going to permanently have this issue. A simple Google search at home revealed you just need to download the fingerprint calibration tool. It was functional again within five minutes. I don't know if I should attribute this to Jay simply being ignorant on how to fix this problem, or he just didn't feel like going through additional troubleshooting - but frankly, if I'm paying hundreds of dollars for repair, I would think it would be basic courtesy to troubleshoot why the repair didn't work in totality; further, why is the onus on me to do it? If I paid for a service, I should receive the service - as advertised. Edit, in response to the owner: As referenced above - if you are going to charge me for diagnostics and troubleshooting, then do that. If you're going to force me to do it myself, refund me the difference.
Was much quicker than estimated time for the screen repair, was very reasonably priced. Had checked at an earlier date and when he didn't have mine in stock, let me know of other locations but ended up with him ordering the screen in for me. Would recommend to others and if needed would go back.
I called ahead. No one answers the phone. The location itself is on the 12th floor of the building. Kinda strange. I get there and no one is there. It’s 4pm. They close at 5pm. Sign Says be back in 15. The number on the sign in the hallway is out of service. Don’t waste your time.
