Poor quality/ Sickly fish! I have a tank at home that has been thriving for over a year now(5 fish and a frog). I went here and decided to buy 2 fish and 4 shrimp. The following day one of the new fish and all the shrimp are dead. I go back and they replace the fish and shrimp. This is now day 4 fro. The original visit date and the replaced fish and shrimp are dead again and now 4 of my original fish have died as well. My water was tested by the store and everything is good there. If you have fish already in your tank don't buy any from here it will kill your whole tank!

Aquatic Warehouse is a fantastic local fish store with a great selection and a clean, well-maintained shop. The staff is friendly and genuinely helpful, which makes the whole experience enjoyable. I especially appreciated the assistance from Lisa, who was very knowledgeable and helped guide me in the right direction without any pressure. It’s clear this store values both quality and customer service. I’ll definitely continue to support Aquatic Warehouse and recommend it to anyone in the hobby.

By far the best shop for all your aquarium needs! They got pretty much everything I needed for my freshwater set up and everyone is extremely helpful and knowledgable. And if you ever encounter Lisa, she’s pretty much fin-tastic! (Sorry Lisa!) Great personality, sharp wit and hilarious while insanely helpful at the same time. Overall, she’s an absolute gem!

Aquatic Warehouse is easily our go-to place for fish and plants—it’s just the best. The customer service is consistently amazing; every time we visit, we genuinely feel listened to and well taken care of. Things don’t always go perfectly (like when one of our new fish got sick), but they handled it with so much understanding and offered a replacement without hesitation. That kind of care and attention means a lot. It’s rare to find a place that’s both knowledgeable and so welcoming, which is exactly why we keep coming back!
