SCAMM!!!!! This place has fun games but the price is just absurd. 15$ for 60 credits when each game is 8 credits PER PERSON. Prizes cost at least 2000 tickets when you get max 100 tickets per game.

Lesson Learnt!! This arcade is good no doubts. Me and my family had a lot of fun and came here multiple times. However my hard earned tickets were wasted, I redeemed my 5000 tickets for a toy which my kid chose just to find at home that it was was damaged. I even went to the center just to be told by staff earn extra points to get a new one. This was not something I was expecting after my hard earned tickets were wasted for no fault of mine and leaving my kid unhappy of the win they won by playing at the Arkad Amusement. Update - Changing my review ratings since Frank was very prompt in resolving my issue. It was really nice of him to get in touch with me to understand the gravity of the issue and resolve same at the earliest. A big shout out and thanks to Frank for his help.

This place is great! The staff member was soo nice even when we stayed until basically closing. The $30 option IMO is the best value- 15 cents per credit as opposed to 20 cents a credit for the $20 option. The $50 option is marginally better at 14 cents and some change per credit, but… $50 is a lot. I also like that they let you combine credits and tickets for multiple cards. Didn’t have any functionality issues with any of the machines. The cards they provide swiped easily with zero issues. We found all the games offered fun, though some provide better ticket value than others. Some of the ticket values for prizes were a bit nonsensical (700 tickets for a candy), but maybe I’m missing something there!
