By far the best experience I’ve ever had. Crystal has phenomenal customer service and instantly made me feel comfortable. She’s honest, thorough, and really great at what she does. Will definitely be a repeat client. Highly recommend!

I can not say enough wonderful things about Crystal! If I could give her 100 stars I would. While her brow shaping skills are excellent, she gets the 5 stars for customer service. For my first appointment, I had shared with her my concerns that I had had with previous wax artists and how uncomfortable my skin around my eye area would feel after the service. Crystal was so careful and made sure I wouldn’t experience any of that discomfort or burning after my appointment. It was such a pleasant surprise! She was also very thorough and made sure we were on the same page about brow shape, thickness, etc. My brows look lovely and with minimal redness after! This has, by far, been one of the best brow waxing experiences I have had and will continue to come back.

Crystal performed a brow tint and Brazilian wax for me and I could not have asked for a better first experience. She is professional, considerate, and immediately made me feel comfortable. I have never received so many compliments on my brows before. The hair on my brows are so fine and thin, I've never seen them look so full and shapely. I felt so beautiful and confident. I appreciate everything she did for me and I will definitely be back.

I started going to Crystal almost 2 years ago. She is one of the best! She is a perfectionist and will not let you leave until she believes she has done her best quality of work. She cares! Not only is Crystal an amazing waxer, but she is also one of the sweetest and genuine people I have met. In summary, go to Crystal, you will not regret it!
