Panoply 2025 was horrible. The staff was extremely rude to me and my family. As soon as the event was finish they rushed everyone out and kept saying it’s “so they don’t get overtime”. That’s none of our concern… my husband plays in the headliner and he as well as the other members were talked to very hateful and unprofessional. If you’ve ever been in a band you know it takes a little while to tear down and they allowed very little time to do so.. they tried to rush off the help they had gotten to get the equipment off the stage.. the event did not have staff to help the bands tear down. This isn’t even everything the staff said and did. We will not be back! The music was great but it doesn’t outweigh the hatefulness of the staff. It’s very disappointing because we’ve always loved that area.

It was awesome, everyone was so helpful and friendly. The art was beautiful. It always amazes me what people can do with their mind and hands......

Our family really enjoyed the 2023 festival for the most part. My son and his dad LOVE art and everyone was super friendly. I had a VIP ticket and when I went into the VIP lounge about 3 hours before closing, they were already packing up everything. They said they were closing early because no one was coming in. But I was and other VIP ticket holders were also in there. I thought that was in very poor taste. Rude and awkward. I rushed to get my food and drinks and didn't quite get pushed out the door... but when the staff is trashing everything around you like table cloths, the food, the drinks, and stacking up chairs, it's not inviting. Definitely didn't feel like VIP- felt like a waste. I'd love to speak with someone about this experience.
